⏰ Ontario deadline: December 31, 2026
Under Ontario's AODA, businesses and non-profits with 20 or more employees must file an accessibility compliance report — the deadline is December 31, 2026. Separately, Ontario requires public websites of businesses and non-profits with 50 or more employees (and designated public-sector organizations) to meet WCAG 2.0 Level AA. Requirements vary by organization type and size — check the official Ontario rules for your situation. An automated scan is a screening tool, not legal advice.
